- Account Information: When you register as an Advocate or a Campaign Partner, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and password.
- Campaign Data: Campaign Partners and their invited Advocates may upload or generate data, including: documents, notes, research materials, content within collaborative discussion groups, responses to mobile questionnaires, and custom data fields added to stakeholder profiles.
- Communications: If you contact us directly for support or other inquiries, we may receive additional information about you.
c) Information We Collect Automatically
- Usage Data: We automatically collect technical and usage data when you access our services, including page access logs, your IP address, user ID (when logged in), browser type, operating system, and the dates/times of your access.

- Process and analyze Campaign Data, including using documents and questionnaire responses to power our AI Search (RAG) and reporting features.

- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our services to improve them.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following situations:
- Within Your Organization: Information shared within a campaign is accessible to the hosting Campaign Partner and the Advocates they have invited to that campaign.
- With Service Providers: We may share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as cloud hosting (e.g., Microsoft Azure) and email delivery.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. For our "Unlimited" plan customers, data is hosted in a custom Azure environment, providing an additional layer of isolation.
We will retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services and to comply with our legal obligations.
